NARIES provides a money back guarantee to every purchaser of our membership, or other indicated products . The following conditions and time requirements must be met for full or partial refunds.

For memberships, a full refund is guaranteed if the membership materials received are returned to us within ten (30) days of receiving it for your review and approval. This can be verified by your signature of receiving it, returned to us. If within thirty days after receiving it, starting the day following your signed receipt, and you decide to return it and cancel your purchase, you must return it with a written request, registered with a return receipt and post marked no later than midnight of the thirtyth day following your receiving it. Your full refund is guaranteed within ninety (90) days of receipt of the registered and postmarked request.

For any ARIES Co training material, a full refund is guaranteed if the products are returned to us within ten (10) days of receiving it for your review and approval. This can be verified by your signature of receiving it, returned to us. If within ten days after receiving it, starting the day following your signed receipt, and you decide to return it and cancel your purchase, you must return it with a written request, registered with a return receipt and post marked no later than midnight of the tenth day following your receiving it. Your full refund is guaranteed within ninety (90) days of receipt of the registered and postmarked request and the products.  This includes the full amount for the class in Edmonds, Washington.

If at a later date you decide to request a refund for ARIES Co field training, you must return it with a written request, registered with a return receipt and post marked no later than midnight of the thirty first day preceding the date of the first class. Your full refund is guaranteed within ninety (90) days of receipt of the registered and postmarked request.  This includes the full amount for the class in Edmonds, Washington. 

For any ARIES Co field training material, a refund for field training at a date later than thirty days, but sooner than ten days preceding the date of the first class, we will refund 50% and give you a credit which you may sell at a discount or use later. Your partial refund is guaranteed within ninety (90) days of receipt of the registered and postmarked request. If you sell it we will arrange for the transfer of registration.

For the Seattle classroom training program, the fee is non refundable.
